Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Returned in original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or item (subject to availability). Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our designs, the following items are non-returnable:
- Hand-beaded or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LARZ is not responsible for lost returns.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
